  • We will support the creation of a medium- to long-term IT plan (3-5 year period) that meets the management plan that optimizes the costs associated with the systems by introducing the necessary systems in a timely manner with limited resources (Personnel and cost, etc.).

  • System introduction project support
  • From vendor selection to requirements definition to acceptance of a completed system, system expertise is required, often leading to system deployment failures due to vendor unfamiliarity with what is really desired. In order to avoid these problems, we will participate in the system installation as a part of the project and help you to implement the system efficiently.

  • System audit support
  • As part of the internal audit, we provide advice on how to conduct and act on behalf of system audits.

  • Internal control review at the time of system introduction
  • As new systems are introduced, internal control assessments must be reconducted. If this is implemented after the system cutover, if the new system is found to be noncompliant with accounting standards, it may be necessary to re-implement the requirements definition. In order to avoid such risks and to efficiently evaluate internal controls after the system is introduced, we conduct a prior review of the internal controls that are scheduled to be established after the new system cutover in parallel with the system introduction.
